Susie did an outstanding job in helping us buy our forever home. Her knowledge of the geographical area and expertise in the entire process made everything go smoothly and effortlessly.

Susie was one of the best realtors that I've had the pleasure to work with and I have moved at least 26 times. In November she sold my parents'home in Triangle and for more than the asking price! There were a few surprises during the sale but Susie stayed on top of everything and the house sold and settled quickly. Susie has great communication skills so I was never wondering what was going to happen next. I highly recommend Susie for either buying or selling a home. Not only is she very knowledgeable and professional but she has a great personality, which is important since you're working so closely together. Susie gives her best and it shows.

First of all, Susie is an incredibly NICE person. Since beginning her career in the mortgage industry, she knows buying and selling Real Estate from beginning to end. She goes ABOVE and BEYOND to make sure you understand your options and responsibilities. Since we moved from the area, Susie made sure the house always looked it's best for every showing. I would whole-heartedly recommend her to help anyone navigate the home buying/selling process.

Susie was simply amazing. We lived across the country when we hired Susie to sell our house. We were worried that we would need to travel to the East Coast to get the house ready for sale but none of that was necessary. Susie handled everything for us. She knowledge of the area and her business contacts allowed us to list and sell our house without stepping foot or doing any research. Susie's contractor did a walkthrough and recommended a list of things we may want to fix. We fixed everything that was recommended. Our house looked brand new when it was done. Susie checked in with us often. She checked on the house several times a week. She went above and beyond to market our house. Susie was professional and kind. She communicated with us often and answered all emails and phone calls almost immediately. I am not sure what we would have done without her. I highly recommend her services to anyone who is looking to rent or buy a house.
